Please include with your payment a list of the item (items) that you would like to purchase as well as the shipping address for the item. If paying with a Post Office money order please leave the name field blank. 

Please Note: If paying with check or money order your order will not be shipped until the check/money order has been cleared by our financial instutution. 

All of our bikes arrive at your door 85% assembled. Our bikes just require a couple of screws and nuts to attach the tires, seat, and handlebar and you are ready to ride!

No special tools are required and final assembly can be done with just your normal tools around the house. 

Free 5-7 Day USA Shipping

All of our orders ship from our warehouses on the West Coast. If you are located closer to the west coast then shipping time is normally 4-5 days. If you are on the East Coast or in Alaska or Hawaii then shipping will take approximatey 7 days to arrive.

All orders are shipped either via UPS or Fedex as they are the best carriers at delivering larger items. 

International Shipping

At this time we ship internationally to the following countries only: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan. Additional countries coming soon. We ship via US Post Office (USPS) or by UPS because it's the most cost effective, trackable and insured. International orders generally take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive after processing.

Shipping to Canada

We generally ship heavier items such as bikes or parts to Canada via UPS (sometimes FedEx). With Standard Ground Shipping the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days, and often much shorter. With smaller and lighter items such as cycling apparel, we ship via the US Post Office (USPS) which is also trackable. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days. Customs, Taxes & Duties

Please note, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect duties or taxes from you since we cannot possibly know how much they will cost. Check your country's tariff rates.

We only report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. We cannot claim or show an amount less than the actual purchase amount on a customs document. If Cruiser Republic is charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.

At Cruiser Republic nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason contact us within 90-Days and we will take care of you.

Conditions for Returns

Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds cannot be granted for merchandise damaged by the customer. Sale items and special promotional discounts are a final sale and therefore not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns and for ensuring the order reaches us safely.

Refunds

We process your return as a credit or a refund. Once your return is received, we will assess your return within 24 hours and issue a store credit or a refund back to your original credit card.

We refund only the price you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping fees originally charged and we deduct any promotional offers or savings codes.

Exchanges

To exchange an item simply send your order back to us and we will credit the value to your account. In the meantime you can re-order your product on our site and we will ship out the replacement product. Once your product ships, you will get an email with a UPS tracking number.

Of course no online chart is perfect so if you want to make 100% sure that you purchase the exact perfect size for your body's frame one of the easiest ways is to hop in the car and head to your local store that sells bikes and see which size you like best.
