We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for a refund or exchange.

Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds cannot be granted for merchandise damaged by the customer. Sale items and special promotional discounts are a final sale and therefore not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns and for ensuring the order reaches us safely.
We process your return as a credit or a refund. Once your return is received, we will assess your return within 24 hours and issue a store credit or a refund back to your original credit card.
We refund only the price you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping fees originally charged and we deduct any promotional offers or savings codes.
To exchange an item simply send your order back to us and we will credit the value to your account. In the meantime you can re-order your product on our site and we will ship out the replacement product. Once your product ships, you will get an email with a UPS tracking number.
